McCormick & Schmick’s at 4429 Cedar Park Drive at The Greene will host a Vegetarian Wine Dinner at 6:30 p.m. next Thursday, Oct. 13.
The menu includes Herbed Fall Ratatouille in a Phyllo Cup with Saffron Rice, served witih Carlidge & Brown Chardonnay; Braised Beet Salad on a bed of Spinach with Sherry Vinaigrette, served with Chemistry, a white-wine blend from Oregon; Potato Gnocchi with Truffle & Cheese Fondue Cream Sauce, served with Juntos Merlot from Spain; Eggplant Piccata with Burgundy Marinara Sauce & Creamy Mashed Potatoes, served with Bodegas Triton Tempranillo; and dessert with coffee.
